For the best dance education, the student should remain enrolled through out the season. Automatic monthly payments may be made by registering and setting up a parent portal. Simply set up the Parent Portal with a credit card and/or checking account, and payments will be automatically deducted on the first of the month. There is no need to go in and make a payment each month.
How much will you pay? When you look at the class listing, the amount shown is the monthly payment.
(Note: if you are registering mid month or before classes have begun, the monthly payment will be prorated for the start date.)
6 week only classes show the full amount due for the session.
There is a non-refundable Annual Processing Fee per student, due at registration.
The current fee is $30 for one student, $15 for the second student and $10 for 3rd+ student.
Prior to the first class=Full Refund less the Processing/Registration Fees.
After first class=No refund of monthly payment
If the student must drop from classes, no monthly payment will be deducted following their last class.
All students will need to purchase a leotard and tights and the correct shoes if applicable. The Calendar/Dress Code Tab for this information.
All dance students are expected to perform in our annual recital.
There is an all inclusive Recital Package, which includes one costume, tights, a ticket to the recital, a Recital Video,
Recital Pictures, a Recital T-shirt, a download of the cut music, and access to recital practice videos.
A Recital Costume Fundraiser is offered so that students may help pay for this expense.
If a student must miss classes due to illness or other activities, the student has the option to make up the class.
Usually, a lower level class or a same level class in a different genre is preferable. Makeup is optional.
Weather related closures may also be made up in the same manner.
No credits will be given for missed classes.
